Replace placeholder index.html with full landing page. Logos served
from assets/logo-main.webp and assets/logo-nav.webp instead of inline
base64 to keep the HTML readable.

Promotes the latest user-supplied logo (1024x1024 JPEG, ~95KB) to
assets/volcan_logo_master.jpg. The previous 2MB PNG version is preserved
in assets/archive/volcan_logo_master_v1.png in case higher fidelity is
needed later for label/print artwork.
- Lists volcan_logo_master.png as the only canonical file currently present
- Documents the /assets/archive/ contents
- Calls out the five logo variants that still need to be produced
- Removes stale reference to the volcan-antigua-roasters/ subfolder
Combines the cleaned project structure with main. Removes the four messy-named
duplicates at the assets/ root that were verified byte-identical to their
canonical counterparts:
assets/Black logo new1.png -> assets/volcan_logo_master.png (renamed)
assets/volan lgo black.png -> assets/archive/volan lgo black.png
assets/volcan logo png.png -> assets/archive/volcan logo png.png
assets/index.html (1B stub) -> assets/archive/index.html
Pulls the three logo variants from main into the working branch under the
project folder. Promotes 'Black logo new1.png' (largest, latest variant) to
the canonical name volcan_logo_master.png. Moves the remaining files into
assets/archive/ so nothing is lost:
- volan lgo black.png (alt black variant)
- volcan logo png.png (white-background variant, kept as alt option)
- index.html (1-byte stub from the original main branch)
Scaffolds a zero-dependency static site for Netlify: index.html placeholder,
Netlify config with security headers and aggressive asset caching, robots/
sitemap, brand README, and an empty assets/ folder for the logo PNGs.
