Scaffolds a zero-dependency static site for Netlify: index.html placeholder, Netlify config with security headers and aggressive asset caching, robots/ sitemap, brand README, and an empty assets/ folder for the logo PNGs.

Assets folder
index.html is fully self-contained — every image used by the website is embedded as base64. The /assets/ folder holds the master logo PNGs for label printing, social media, and business cards. The website does not require these files to render.
